Throughout the course of my 25+ years as a business banker, what I’ve always enjoyed most is interacting with my clients…getting to know them and learning about their business. It’s fascinating to learn how clients started their business, why, and what motivates them to succeed. Every business owner has their own unique story to tell.
I’ve been fortunate enough to assist thousands of clients with succession planning, major acquisitions, cash flow struggles, employee issues, finding opportunities for growth and many others. I’ve also been a strong advocate in navigating the financing/lending process and determining proper structure and pricing for my clients. Customer service, to me, is all about problem solving…being a resource and providing a solution to whatever issue my client is facing, no matter if its big or small. Not only have I enjoyed doing that, what gets me most motivated is getting my clients excited about their business again.
I started Level One Advisory Group with that same approach in mind. I’m dedicating 100% of my efforts toward supporting my clients and finding solutions to the opportunities and adversities standing in their path.
